What Shouldn't I Upload?
Thesis should not be uploaded onto DataHub. RPg students should follow their respective faculty/department's requirements and procedures in submitting their theses.
Any other scholarly publications (e.g. journal article manuscript) should continue to be uploaded onto the Research Information Management System (RIMS) from HKU Portal. It will be published in the Scholars Hub.
Large and complex datasets may be better managed in discipline-specific repositories. If your dataset have already been deposited in your faculty data center, you can create a linked file record in DataHub with a URL pointing to where the data are stored.
Please contact us if you are unsure about what should/shouldn’t be uploaded on the DataHub.
