You are cordially invited to join our webinars organized during the HKUL Open Access Week 2022 to familiarise yourself with our APC waiver offer with the Cambridge University Press, and latest trends and innovative practices in open access publishing.

Publishing with Cambridge University Press: Our OA & Hybrid Journals in Humanities and Social Sciences

Date: 26 October 2022 (Wednesday)

Guest Speaker: Mr. Joe Ng (Acquisitions Editor (Social Sciences), Cambridge University Press)

Targeted audience: HKU staff and students

Participants will learn about:

  • The publishing landscape for Open Access (OA) journals and books.
  • Tips on journal selection, submission and the editorial review process will be covered.
  • An overview of the OA / hybrid journals published by Cambridge and its author services.
