SEN Support

Special Study Rooms

Two Special Study Rooms, located on the 2/F Main Library, are equipped with assistive devices and equipment to SEN students.

Registered SEN students recommended by CEDARS SEN Support can access the Rooms by tapping their student cards on the card readers next to the Study Rooms doors. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservation is required.

Also, we work with the Examinations Office to arrange special examination for SEN students in the Special Study Rooms.

Special Study Room 2 provides three study carrels, each equipped with a LED desk light, twin power sockets or a power strip, for special education needs users carrying out quiet, individual studying and research.

LED desk lights, with tunable intensity and color temperature, are to provide light sensitive users a comfortable reading environment.
