To align with HKU campus accessibility, the Libraries have constructed accessible entrances and gates, which provide easy access for all SEN students.
In the Main Library, tactile paths are built to guide directions. All lifts are equipped with braille signage. Accessible toilets with braille signage are available.
Branch libraries also provide accessible entrances and gates. For further assistance, please contact the individual service point directly.
This virtual tour is produced by the SEN Support team and published on International Wheelchair Day (1 March) to promote the importance of accessibility and inclusion designs on campus.
Please enjoy the tour and explore the accessible facilities in the Main Library from a wheelchair user’s perspective.
