For Students

ReadingList@HKUL is a helpful tool to simplify the process of accessing your course readings. With ReadingList@HKUL, your instructors can create an online list of all the reading materials you need for your course. You can easily access all your readings in one place. Your instructors can add different types of citations to this list, including item records on Find@HKUL, existing library e-resources, online webpages, and documents. ReadingList@HKUL ensures that you have easy access to all the reading materials you need to succeed in your studies. 

How to access

  1. HKU Moodle
    • Click on the link to open integrated reading list

     
  2. Readinglist@HKUL
    • select All lists and search reading list by course title, course code or instructors
    • click on Advanced search if more details are needed
    • click on the search icon to initiate search

Course reserve materials

Items with short loan periods from 3 hours to 7 days are located in the Self-Service Collection Room on 2/F of the Main Library, the course reserve collection is composed of:

  • Items recommended by teaching staff
  • Course notes and course assignments
  • High demanded items
