The Law Library warmly invites all our users—students, researchers, and faculty members to contribute to The Law Blog. We welcome blog posts that explore topics related to legal learning, research, and emerging trends in the field.

Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Introducing Library resources that support your legal studies and research, such as databases, reference materials, and research guides.
  • Highlighting the latest additions to our Library collection on current legal topics and cutting-edge legal issues.
  • Showcasing valuable open-access legal resources available to all.
  • Discussing new AI trends and innovations in legal research, teaching, and learning.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Preferred word count: 500–800 words.
  • Contributors will be credited by name and/or affiliation.
  • Please ensure your submission respects academic integrity and copyright. Original content is preferred, and external sources should be properly attributed.
  • Posts should be clear and accessible to a broad audience interested in legal studies.

By submitting a blog post, you agree that:

  • Your post may be published on The Law Blog.
  • The Law Library reserves the right to edit and modify the content for clarity, style, and length, and to withhold publication at its discretion.

  • Send your draft to lawlib@hku.hk with the email subject: “Law Blog Submission – [Your Name]”
