Turnitin will take a 4-hour maintenance window on January 19 (Sun) from 00:00 HKT to 04:00 HKT with the following services potentially experiencing intermittent availability during these times:

Good news! The Libraries has signed new transformative agreements to help HKU authors publish research articles in open access.
From 2025, during the agreement period, when publishing in the eligible journals with the following publishers, corresponding authors affiliated with HKU can publish your articles in open access at no cost for you!

If you are asked to pay for Article Processing Charges (APCs) when publishing in the eligible journals, please directly communicate with your editor and make sure he/she is informed of the agreement before making a payment.
