General Information

The Epson large-format color printers make use of print large documents and images such as posters for academic conferences or events, artwork, maps, structural designs, signage, photos, and others. It can print on matte or glossy paper and is up to 36 inches wide.

Service hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm     
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

Guidelines

  • This service requires payment in advance and is available up to one hour before the Media Services office closes.
  • Design your poster at the exact printing dimension.
  • The maximum print size is 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm.
  • The default color for printing is CMYK.
  • Send your PDF via email with your preferred pickup location, paper type and size.
  • Each print job takes from 10 to 30 minutes, depends on the complexity of the poster. 
  • Use large images. Small, low-resolution images from the web will be pixelated when printed.
  • Once the print job has started, changes cannot be made. Users are responsible for the cost of that print job plus the cost of any subsequent/altered prints.
  • The library reserves the right to decline a printing request or cancel a printing job if the object may infringe the copyright or contain abusive constituents.
