Finding Theses & Dissertations

Two Chinese databases are selectively introduced to search Chinese theses.

• 中國知網 (China national knowledge infrastructure, CNKI) provides a platform to search theses and dissertations in 中國博士學位論文全文數據庫 (China doctoral dissertations full-text database, CDFD) and 中國優秀碩士學位論文全文數據庫 (China master theses full-text database, CMFD). CDFD and CMFD provide full text access to doctoral dissertations and masters theses since 1984.

• 臺灣博碩士論文知識加值系統 (National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan) provides access to dissertations published in Taiwan since 1956, all with abstracts in both Chinese and English. Some titles with full text access.
