1. Search
(a) Click "Author / Title ".
(b) Enter the Book Title and press Enter.
2. Locate
Print Book
(a) Select the record you want.
(b) Note down the following information and get the book:

(b) Login with your Library card number and PIN for access.

1. Online Request:
Request is accepted for the book with status:
(a) Sign in before placing a request on checked-out item.
(c) Click on "Request this copy" button in "Get it" tab in order to place a hold.
(d) You will be asked to select a pickup location. Then, click "Request" button to submit the request online.
(e) A confirmation message "Request placed" is shown if the request is successful. An email notification will be sent to you when the requested item is ready for pick-up.
2. HKALL
Request is accepted for books with the following status:
(a) Enter the book title and choose "HKALL" as the search scope.
(b) Sign in before placing a request.
(c) Click “HKALL request” to initiate a request of physical item from other UGC-funded libraries.
(d) Fill out the resource information if any (one request per volume) and choose preferred pick up location.
(e) Click “Request” button to submit the request online.
