What is Unreported Judgments?

Cases heard in the courts may not always be formally published.  These are selectively distributed by the High Court to local institutions and libraries.  The Unreported Judgments series are kept in binders and arranged by branches of law.  Each series has indexes of judgments by action number, case name or judgment date. 

Check the A - Z index list for the titles found in Law Library collection. They are located on the 2nd floor of the Cheng Yu Tung Tower.
