Dialog Scheduled Maintenance: November 2021
This month we have scheduled two periods of routine maintenance for the Dialog platform. Each maintenance window will be brief and cause minimal disruption to your experience of Dialog. During this period the Dialog Platform would be available and so will be searching, but new content loading will be paused. Alerts scheduled during this time will be delayed. However, new content loading will resume immediately after each of the maintenance windows are completed. All content not delivered during the maintenance window will arrive in your next alert after the downtime concludes.
The scheduled maintenance will take place between:
13 – 15 November:
6:00 a.m. HKT on Saturday 13 Nov through to 6:00 a.m. HKT on Monday 15 Nov.
20 – 22 November:
2:00 a.m. HKT on Saturday 20 Nov through to 6:00 a.m. HKT on Monday 22 Nov.
