Dialog Scheduled Maintenance: July & August 2021

Message from Dialog Solutions

Towards the end of July and start of August we have scheduled two periods of maintenance for the Dialog platform. Each maintenance window will be brief and cause minimal disruption to your experience of Dialog:

25 July
During this time window we will be performing routine maintenance on the Dialog platform. As a result, Dialog will be unavailable from 05:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. HKT on Sunday 25 July.

Alerts will also be delayed during this time period. All content not delivered during the maintenance window will arrive in your next alert after the downtime concludes. 

30 July - 1 August
No new content will be loaded into Dialog from 7:00 p.m. HKT on Friday 30 July through to 10:00 p.m. HKT on Sunday 1 August. Dialog will still be available for searching and new content loading will resume immediately after the maintenance window is completed.

Alerts will be delivered as scheduled during this period, but your alerts may contain less content than usual. All content not delivered during the maintenance window will arrive in your next alert after the downtime concludes.
