The Libraries is promoting featured resources, such as subject-specific databases or digitized collections which may be suitable for research and study, on a monthly basis. The database of this month is about architecture. Masters of Architecture (http://find.lib.hku.hk/record=HKU_IZ61506277050003414) is a series of colour images from Pidgeon Audiovisual and World Microfilms. There are about 7,000 images that were taken by architectural journalists when travelling around the world and taking photographs of the work of the greats. The items have been digitized from the original collection of fifty-eight slide sets which were published between the mid-1980s and 2003, and recent work by Norman Foster, and Landscape USA: Manhattan & The West Coast has been added.
