Open Data @ HKUL
In addition to your publications, the HKU Libraries now provides the data repository for making your research data available in Open Access – DataHub, the HKU institutional data repository.
DataHub, powered by Figshare, fully complies with the FAIR data principles, facilitating sharing and re-use of research data and all scholarly outputs within the university and global research community. Making your data publicly available would further increase the discoverability of your work, credits from dataset citations and opportunities for collaborations with other researchers.
DataHub supports almost every file types and formats, including images, multimedia files, diagrams, datasets, presentations, programme codes, models, etc. Apart from the numeric ‘data’, you are also encouraged to preserve and share a wide variety of your work, such as conference posters, open educational resources, collections, etc.
HKU Scholars Hub
The HKU Scholars Hub is the HKU current research information system (CRIS). The Hub collects, preserves, and disseminates in digital form, the intellectual output of HKU. It provides open access to items including HKU theses and postprints pending publisher’s policy.
