Law Journal - Table of Contents

This list covers top ranked (A or A*) law journals selected from the ARC (Australian Research Council) ranked journal list and Asian law related journals of interest to the HKU community. Table of contents from the latest issues are harvested as they become available. To view current issues of journals, click individual journal titles. This list is based on selections made by Law Faculty members and may include journals not subscribed to by HKUL.

Hong Kong Current Awareness

Contains all judgments received from the Judiciary, unless otherwise instructed. This service is also known as Hong Kong Electronic Cases (HKEC)and includes judgments from the Court of Final Appeal (CFA), Court of Appeal (CA) and the Court of First Instance (CFI) unless the case is classified as "In Chambers".  Chinese judgments have been archived to January 2002.  Email notifications (for English judgments only) contain catchwords, case name, court, case number and date of judgment.  Available via Westlaw International, 1999-
